Médecin très gentil et aimable, équipe sympathique et très professionnel. De les réceptionnistes aux médecins en passant par les locaux médicales rien a dire un plaisirs.

Un immense merci à Nicolas pour son travail ! Il a été à l'écoute de notre envie, il a su nous conseiller de manière très professionnel. Nous avons eu des échanges téléphoniques ainsi que par mail car il nous a envoyé une ébauche avant la version définitive. Nos tee-shirts pour un mariage étaient un peu compliqué à réaliser car plusieurs photos et des textes... MAGNIFIQUE . Rien a redire à part MERCI. De plus très agréable à porter, assez souple comme impression. Ils étaient prêt deux jours avant la date que nous avions prévue. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix de tee-shirt sur place car ce n'est pas une boutique de textil mais d'impression, ceux qu'ils proposent sont de bonne qualité et agréable à porter. Si on en veut d'autres il faut venir avec simplement. Nous nous y sommes pris 10 jours avant dans notre commande afin de lui laisser le temps de faire son travail correctement. C'est la deuxième fois que je fais faire une impression chez eux, première fois il y a quelques années, le tee-shirt à bien vieilli et l'impression aussi. Toute l'équipe s'est mobilisée pour trouver l'origine d'une panne difficilement repérable, a appelé le constructeur, fait une mise à jour: mon vélo acheté il y a 7 ans remarche: merci pour ce service après vente qui contribue à garder nos vélos le plus longtemps possible.

En visite à Genève j’ai eu le malheur de me faire mal à l’œil accidentellement. J’ai été impressionnée par la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai été pris en charge par une infirmière, elle a commencé à évaluer ma situation car je m’inquiétais. Après seulement 10 minutes d'attente le médecin est arrivé, m'a posé des questions et a décidé de réaliser quelques examens. L'équipe médicale a été à l'écoute et m'a expliqué chaque étape, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. J'ai vraiment apprécié le professionnalisme et la bienveillance du personnel. Finalement, j'ai été soulagée d'apprendre qu'il ne s'agissait de rien de grave et je suis repartie avec des goutes et des conseils utiles. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience.

Je suis à 100% invalide et apprécie énormément leurs livraisons à domicile ainsi que les conseils par téléphone. Le personnel est toujours très aimable et est à votre écoute, ce qui est malheureusement de plus en plus rare actuellement. C'est ainsi que les très grandes pharmacies perdent des clients au profit de plus petits, mais aimables, à l'écoute, et disponibles.
