The simple space is equipped with mats, cushions, and benches, providing the ideal setting for personal meditation practice. Guests are invited to use the space during opening hours and may contribute voluntarily to its upkeep. Outside of regular hours, the room is available for meditation events and courses. Introduction to Meditation Courses We offer regular introduction courses to meditation, held approximately six times a year over three consecutive Wednesday evenings.
