En appellant pour demander la pose d'une prise ethernet (démarche conseillée par le support de Wingo), un technicien m'a directement répondu et m'a conseillé au téléphone. Sur son conseil, j'ai simplement acheté l'adaptateur nécessaire m'évitant ainsi une intervention. Merci!
