In addition to the years spent as an ice skater, where fluidity is important for a good performance, classical dance has provided me with the knowledge of body control and movement precision starting from the feet, a part often neglected. During my competitive years on ice, I worked with two Mental Coaches who taught me to focus on goals through meditations and exercises that promote concentration and breathing (AlphaTraining and later MentalTraining). The profession of a school teacher fascinated me greatly, but I cannot deny that I missed the aspect of movement, that aspect of sport that remains a true school of life.
