Our group classes are ideal if you want to focus on your conversational skills, or if you’re looking for something more specific or would like to work towards an exam, we can organise private classes. If you’re a beginner , our classes cover a wide range of useful topics in collaboration with some basic grammar to help you understand how the language works. After the classes you will have the confidence to order food, ask for information and directions, make appointments, fill in forms, and most importantly, talk to others. For our intermediate and advanced students , we cover the topics in more depth and encourage you to use a wider range of vocabulary and tenses. My approach is holistic, emphasizing psycho-physical and emotional support, combining approaches from humanistic psychology (ACP, Focusing) with Shiatsu and Bach Flower Remedies for physical, psychological, and emotional support. Shiatsu is an art of touch of Japanese origin, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is a method that aims to rebalance the body's anatomy and the circulation of its energies. It is practiced through pressure with the thumbs and hands all over the body, as well as through stretching and mobilizing the joints. It is a form of oriental osteopathy. Bach Flower Remedies are emotional harmonizers. They are very effective in cases of emotional disorders such as stress, discouragement, burnout, and anxiety, for example. It is also an effective way to support periods of major life changes such as pregnancy, exam periods, career change, menopause, divorce, or bereavement. PCA (person-centered approach) (Carl Rogers) and Focusing (Eugène Gendlin) emphasize the psycho-physical experience and emphasize the skills (resources) of individuals and their potential for change and empowerment. I also offer self-empowerment workshops that combine postures, stretching, breathing exercises, qi gong, and meditation with self-massage of meridians and acupuncture points. Rien à redire concernant la prise en charge de ma chienne qui ne demande qu'à s'enfuir dès l'arrivée (mauvaises expériences précédentes) mais se laisse apaiser et faire par les vétérinaires qui s'en sont occupé grâce à leur gentillesse et empathie. Aucun forcing ou autre. Chaque prise de rendez-vous a été rapide (dans les 24 heures au maximum) lors de conjonctivites et autres soucis rencontrés. De mon expérience, je ne peux que les conseiller.
