Mon expérience chez Iron Bodyfit a été géniale ! J'avais un peu d'appréhension, n'ayant jamais essayé l'électrostimulation, mais dès que je suis entré, l'équipe m'a fait sentir à l'aise. Les installations étaient super, avec des vestiaires et des douches privées. Le personnel était vraiment sympa et compétent. Après ma première séance, mes muscles étaient réveillés, et j'ai même mieux dormi 😁 Le fait que la première séance soit gratuite, c'est un super bonus. Je recommande vraiment Iron Bodyfit à tous ceux qui veulent se remettre en forme. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience géniale !

Physio Plus Lausanne is a specialized sports physiotherapy center that has been operating since 2011. The practice provides comprehensive care through eleven sports physiotherapists and an osteopath, treating both elite athletes and non-sporting patients. Each treatment session consists of 30 minutes of personalized manual therapy in a private cabin followed by active exercises in a fully-equipped fitness room adapted to the patient's specific condition. I have severe back problems and have been doing individual Physiotherapy as well as group Physiotherapy (which is like Pilates) for several years in PhysioCare Nyon. I am very pleased with the professional treatment and very useful exercises I do there. All the physiotherapists that took care of me to this day are very devoted, kind, always listening to what I have to say regarding to how I feel, very attentive, very professional, tailor the exercises to my needs, really nice people and very helpful. The director of the clinique Maria is an excellent physiotherapist who guides her staff carefully. Until now, I managed to postpone having a back operating which is very important for me. The secretary is also such a nice person and so helpful and this makes the ambiance very pleasant and welcoming. I always recommend this place to everyone in need.

L'équipe de Movea m'a permis d'en finir avec une épaule douloureuse et son cortège de médicaments anti-inflammatoires. J'ai été soignée, guidée pour les exercices à faire régulièrement et corrigée si leur exécution n'était pas idéale. Après chaque séance privée avec le kiné, j'ai pu m'entrainer au centre dans un espace idéalement équipé pour la revalidation et continuer à bénéficier de la présence des kinés. En conclusion, un accompagnement très professionnel et motivant pour retrouver le mental nécessaire à la guérison au sein d'une équipe jeune, compétente et dynamique. Je recommande sincèrement :-)

Excellente salle avec pas mal de machines , pas d'attente, personnel compétent et toujours à l’écoute de la clientèle.

Chaque semaine je me réjouis d’aller au cours de stretching postural qui me procure un grand bien être, avec le relâchement de mes tensions internes et la tonification musculaire en profondeur qui m’a évité bien des blocages du dos. A recommander! Caroline B
