Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the GruyÚre region for over half a century. You will find at the Auberge de SaviÚse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes, such as the Raclette, the Moitié-Moitié fondue (50% GruyÚre AOP & 50% Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), the homemade cheese fondue 100% GruyÚre AOP, the goat cheese fondue but also the Bourguignonne, SaviÚsarde or Chinese fondues. The Auberge de SaviÚse also offers two dishes of the day (at noon) and a varied menu.
