LA TABLE – A refined culinary experience by Lake Geneva Open Tuesday to Saturday, evenings only La Table offers a deep dive into local, seasonal fine dining. Our tasting menu (5 or 7 courses) is ever-changing, shaped by the day’s harvests and the chef’s inspiration. No fixed menu, no pre-written promises – just pure creativity and spontaneity, grounded in what nature and our local partners have to offer. Everything we serve is sourced within a 70-kilometer radius of the restaurant – vegetables from our garden, herbs picked at the last moment, cheese from nearby farms, fish from the lake, and meat from trusted local producers. More than a meal, La Table is a gastronomic experience in the Swiss Riviera , celebrating the deep connection between food and land. Last orders at 8:30 PM. We are happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences. LIGOTS – A relaxed and local food experience The casual side of Racine Ligots is our more informal, convivial concept. The name refers to an “assemblage” – a collection of simple, raw elements brought together with care and purpose. This is the spirit of Ligots: a selection of small plates meant to be shared, combined, and enjoyed together. Here, the mood is relaxed, but the values remain the same: 100% local ingredients , all sourced from within our region. It’s a farm-to-table experience , with an open, spontaneous approach.
