THE RESTAURANT
In our main dining room, which seats 65 and is harmoniously decorated in the pure Valais tradition, you can enjoy the most renowned local specialties. The highlights include cheese dishes, such as our famous raclette with five types of raw milk cheese, our fondues, and our dried meats from our own herd of alpine pigs, as well as other Valais cured meats. Our chef also offers a menu of seasonal dishes made with fresh, authentic, and flavorful ingredients.

THE WINE CELLAR
650 selected vintages and the expertise of more than 110 winemakers are brought together on an exceptional menu. This is an opportunity to discover an almost exhaustive overview of the production of the Valais region. Visitors can taste different wines every week, by the glass, with the option of purchasing any of the wines on offer. Our menu also offers a selection of fine eaux-de-vie produced in Valais, as well as a collection of old vintages. Please note, however, that we do not produce wines ourselves, but aim to be a promotional platform for Valais winemakers.

Eight rooms seating 10 to 80 people, with décor combining authenticity, modernity, and refinement, a terrace seating 150, a kitchen that perfectly showcases local Valais products, and attentive service will make your meal a unique experience. With its nine seminar rooms fully equipped with the latest technology (free Wi-Fi, plasma screens) and new furniture, accommodating between 10 and 50 people, Château de Villa is an ideal venue for business meetings.
Boasting an exceptional location in the heart of the vineyards, a 10-minute walk from Sierre town center and close to hotels, with parking available nearby, Château de Villa now offers a wide range of highly diverse, fully modular, and multifunctional spaces, enabling it to host seminars, conferences, exhibitions, incentives, and other events of all kinds.

Are you passionate about taste? Thirsty for discovery? Our new shop will delight your eyes and tantalize your taste buds! We have selected the best local products for you, combining tradition, quality, natural flavors, authenticity, and gastronomic curiosities. Located inside the wine bar (open 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.), our shop will allow you to savor our Valais delicacies such as cured meats, cheeses, jams, fruit juices, and other delicious gourmet treats. Our shop also offers most of the products you will taste in the restaurant.
