Located in the heart of the La Côte wine region, Cave de la Crausaz in Féchy blends traditional winemaking with sustainable innovation. For over 100 years, we have been pioneers in bottle washing and reuse—today, over 85% of our bottles are put back into circulation. A simple yet powerful action that reflects our commitment to environmentally-friendly viticulture, without compromising the quality of our wines.

The family estate The estate is about 9 hectares and consists of vines that are both owned and rented out, under the appellations “Perroy”, “Mont sur Rolle” and “Féchy”. The “chasselas” is in the majority (60%), growing alongside numerous specialities such as “sauvignon blanc”, “pinot gris”, “viognier”, “cabernet sauvignon” and “merlot”. In our cellars you can find this diversity in fourteen different vintages. Harvesting is done by hand in order to guarantee quality work. The wine, from the producer to the consumer, is a guarantee of its origin and authenticity.
