Led by Charles-Henri and Sébastien Meylan, this family-run domain carefully cultivates 15 grape varieties and matures each of its wines in its own cellar, ensuring authenticity and impeccable quality. Whether you are a lover of fine wines or curious to discover the richness of Vaudois grape varieties, you will find a wine that reflects you : The Originals* Produced according to the strictest ecological standards and certified with the “Vinatura” label, these wines are matured to respect the character of each grape variety. Skin maceration is used on aromatic grapes to enhance their typicity and aromas. The Barrel-aged* These wines are aged for 9 to 10 months in barrels. Careful grape selection, gentle destemming that preserves the skin, short maceration of 1 to 2 days for whites and 8 to 16 days for reds, combined with “Vinatura” certification, guarantee flawless quality. The Festive* At once traditional and a little daring, these wines exalt everyday pleasure and joy, especially during celebrations and rituals. Full of creativity, they carry the “Vinatura” label, a symbol of quality and respect for the terroir’s ecology. The production of late-harvest and passerillé wines depends on the year and grape variety. They are made in very limited quantities, with a maximum of 300 bottles. *please find all our current wines directly on our website The reception and sales room is located about a hundred meters from the cellar, in the village of Bougy-Villars, along the Route d’Aubonne. Set up in the former family cellar, it can host around twenty people in a pleasant, history-filled setting.
