WinemakersWineryFarm estate

English Version The Domaine au Point du Jour is located below the town of Mont-sur-Rolle, 300 m from Lake Geneva. Founded in 1924, this vineyard human scale remained an exclusively family estate. Winemakers from father to son, we grow the vines in traditional method, while adapting constantly to technological developments. A cellar was created in 1963 in order to produce the wine in better conditions. It consists of coated steel tanks and oak. For generations, it is important for us to respect the surrounding wildlife. All our wines are produced according to ecological methods certified by the Vitiswiss label. Our vineyards are cultivated in a "mid-high" system to promote weed and mechanization of labor. We also make sure to limit production in order to obtain only quality wines. Each year, we are so excited to offer our customers a range of wines with varied and interesting varieties, composed of white, red and sparkling. At Dawn, we are also proud to cultivate rare and precious varieties such as Auxerrois. Some have also received awards on the occasion of tasting contest. In addition, we are pleased to introduce our wines during tastings for amateurs. To do this, simply arrange an appointment. Then we will present the history of our area and you will taste 3-5 wines. Meylan Sébastien

Chemin des Ancelles 3, 1172 Bougy-Villars

At the top of the sun-drenched slopes of Bougy-Villars, the Meylan Vigneron estate has embodied passion and winemaking excellence for generations. Led by Charles-Henri and Sébastien Meylan, this family-run domain carefully cultivates 15 grape varieties and matures each of its wines in its own cellar, ensuring authenticity and impeccable quality. Meylan Vigneron is renowned not only for the diversity of its grape varieties but also for the excellence of its wines, confirmed by national and international awards. Each bottle tells the story of a unique terroir, shaped by tradition and elevated by innovation. For us, wine is not just a beverage : it is a sensory experience, a meeting of land, expertise, and conviviality. Whether you are a lover of fine wines or curious to discover the richness of Vaudois grape varieties, you will find a wine that reflects you : The Originals* Produced according to the strictest ecological standards and certified with the “Vinatura” label, these wines are matured to respect the character of each grape variety. Skin maceration is used on aromatic grapes to enhance their typicity and aromas. The Barrel-aged* These wines are aged for 9 to 10 months in barrels. Careful grape selection, gentle destemming that preserves the skin, short maceration of 1 to 2 days for whites and 8 to 16 days for reds, combined with “Vinatura” certification, guarantee flawless quality. The Festive* At once traditional and a little daring, these wines exalt everyday pleasure and joy, especially during celebrations and rituals. Full of creativity, they carry the “Vinatura” label, a symbol of quality and respect for the terroir’s ecology. The production of late-harvest and passerillé wines depends on the year and grape variety. They are made in very limited quantities, with a maximum of 300 bottles. *please find all our current wines directly on our website The reception and sales room is located about a hundred meters from the cellar, in the village of Bougy-Villars, along the Route d’Aubonne. Set up in the former family cellar, it can host around twenty people in a pleasant, history-filled setting.
