Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique performed by pressing the fingers or hands (acupressure) on the various meridian paths. These energy “channels” run throughout the body, from the most yin point to the most yang point, and it is through them that the circulation of each person's breath of life (called Ki in Japanese) takes place. This circulation can be disrupted by numerous ailments, many of which are due to our modern lifestyle. By listening attentively to our body and working with it to reduce these disturbances, we can improve our health.

Une enseigne de la ville de Fribourg m’a fait remarquer qu’il n’était plus possible d’apporter une correction à 100% sans porter des lunettes de lecture en plus des lentilles ! Après bien de la patience, plusieurs examens et tests de lentilles, M. Viprey m’a redonné un 100% pour la lecture et 100 à 105% pour la conduite.
