Sehr feines Essen und eine aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung

Ganz tolles Restaurant, das beste Tatar gegessen, tolle Konsistenz, scharf bestellt und scharf erhalten. Der Burger war super zart und saftig. Alles sehr frisch und von sehr guter Qualität. Der leckere Fit und Munter Salat mit Passionsfruchtdressing war sehr leicht und erfrischend. Zum Dessert hab ich das „I mag nüm gewählt“ ein Überraschungsdessert. Weil ich es ohne Schlagrahm bestellt hatte, hatte ich noch eine Kugel sehr leckeres Himbeersorbet auf dem Teller, ich vermute es war selbstgemacht. Fazit: sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, frische Zutaten und super Service. Sehr freundlich und speditiv, wir mussten zwischen den Gängen nie lange warten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen den Schwanen gerne weiter.

Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux , Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations. The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The winery Union Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt. Repris par Thierry Doberer et Cathy Mange en septembre 2018, cet établissement a repris tout son charme. De belles chambres décorées avec goût et une cuisine généreuse et de qualité accueillent les clients. Le pied du Jura et ses "Trois Sapins" valent le détour !
