The Boucherie du Tilleul has existed in Prilly for over 50 years and was taken over by Blaise Morier in 1995.
Initially, Boucherie du Tilleul focused solely on the preparation and sale of butchery and charcuterie products. Subsequently, Mr Morier took the initiative to develop a catering business.
In the butchery-charcuterie field, Blaise Morier uses mainly meat from local producers, which the butchery brigade works on using traditional methods. As a result, various terrines, pâtés en croûte, sausages, foies gras and more emerge from the oven to delight your taste buds.
.In addition to the catering service and charcuterie, the butcher's team also makes deliveries to various local communities, restaurants and day-care centers.
