The structure of the Centro Cadro Panoramica is beautifully set in the greenery and enjoys a magnificent view of the city of Lugano, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In this peaceful location, just 5 km from the center of Lugano, we rent around 100 furnished apartments of various sizes and styles. Our complex includes a swimming pool with garden, two indoor tennis courts with two squash courts, six outdoor tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a small children’s playground, all in excellent condition. In addition, there is the “Grottino” restaurant which offers pizza and other culinary specialities. RUSTICS: In typical Ticino style, we have nine houses with apartments and studios of different sizes and furnishings. MAIN BUILDING: In the main building we have 40 studio apartments, most of which have a balcony with spectacular views of Lugano and the lake. RESIDENCE: In the residence we have 20 apartments from 1 ½ to 3 ½ rooms, including parking space in the garage.

The public self-service restaurant Anaxo is located on the edge of the Buss industrial park and offers a welcoming atmosphere for all guests - both for employees of the industrial park and for external visitors. There are over 250 seats available inside, plus a further 80 seats on the terrace. From Monday to Friday, guests can expect a varied menu: three daily changing daily menus, a fresh salad buffet and a hot self-select buffet. A varied morning buffet with hot and cold dishes is also available from 7:00 a.m. The restaurant impresses with attractive prices, special discounts for students and apprentices and discounted senior citizen offers from 1:00 p.m. All dishes are also conveniently available as take-away.

Ich habe meinen weissen VW Polo zur Autoreinigung gebracht und bin rundum begeistert! Der Vorher-Nachher-Effekt war wirklich beeindruckend! Der Preis ist absolut fair, vor allem in Kombination mit ihrem Abo-Modell, durch das ich langfristig sogar noch spare. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den schnellen und effizienten Service sowie die angenehme Kommunikation. Den Termin haben wir ganz einfach über Whatsapp ausgemacht. Die Geschäftsführer sind super sympathisch und man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Der Hol- & Bringservice war für mich noch das i-Tüpfelchen des Angebots - sehr praktisch und zuverlässig! More than 80 residents have a home in the Gustav Benz House. There are 37 flats attached to the old people's and nursing home according to the assisted living concept. The tenants can make use of Spitex and housekeeping services if required. A residential care group for 10 residents suffering from dementia at Hammerstrasse 161 rounds off the range of services. Over 100 employees are committed to the well-being of our residents.
