The Neuchristen are a faith community based in Ebnat-Kappel. We provide space for fellowship, prayer and sacraments – including worship services, Bible study, pastoral support and guidance in life and faith matters. Our aim is to accompany people on their personal journey of faith and to foster community in belief. My mindfulness program is designed to help participants develop greater awareness in their daily lives, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being. Following a structured framework over several weeks, you will learn to be more present, manage your emotions more effectively, and reduce automatic reactions to stressful situations. In 8 weeks, whether in-person at my office or online, you will transform your reactions into thoughtful responses! Unser Kind litt unter Panikattacken, die den Alltag unseres Kindes sehr belasteten. Esra hat die Fähigkeit sehr schnell den Kern der Problematik zu erfassen und dementsprechend die bestmöglichen Hilfsmittel anzubieten. Durch ihr umfassendes Wissen und ihre professionelle Vorgehensweise und das genaue Definieren des Zieles konnte sehr schnell eine deutliche Verbesserung respektive Heilung erlangt werden. Ihre Erläuterungen sind zudem immer sehr verständlich, was aus meiner Sicht auch sehr wichtig ist, um in dem Prozess der Eigenverantwortung Erfolg zu haben und mitzukommen. In der gegenwärtigen Zeit von Ängsten, Unsicherheiten, Druck, etc. ist sie eine versierte Person, um den Menschen nachhaltig zu helfen. Coach & Counselor I’m Chiara Flisi, graduated in foreign languages but since always predisposed to helping and listening to the others and naturally able of making the person in front of me feeling at ease. I was facing a very difficult time in my life under both the relational and work aspect and, seeing again the same situations repeating in my life, I realised it was not the other’s fault, but there was something on me to work on. Through a friend who suggested me a Counsellor in my area I started my individual counselling journey. The results were amazing and at some point I thought I would have liked to return this luck I had in my life to get to know Counselling to the world, to help people like me facing a difficult moment. I started studying NLP, approaching it with curiosity, becoming first NLP Master Practitioner with Richard Bandler certification. Then at the end of my Counselling journey I felt ready to start my three-year Master Degree in Professional Counselling and finally I got my Life Coach Master Degree. I still attend seminars and courses because I find the topics so interesting, because they improve the life quality and also because personal growth is something that never ends. At the same time, my life has changed a lot. I met my life partner, I changed job and we moved to Switzerland. Now I want to make everything I have learned available to anyone who is facing a challenge in his/her life or feels the need to improve himself/herself. It is my way to give the opportunity to individuals and couples to live the life changing experience that both Counselling and Coaching are! As an expat I am happy to support other expats who are willing to speak their language. MY APPROACH Definitely, what I hear most of the time from my customers is that I have the natural ability to create a comfortable and safe space, through a welcoming and gentle approach. We will work on ways to improve your communication, on your needs, on how to find a compromise that can make you both feel happy and fulfilled. Each month I attend peer supervision, where professionals like me exchange ideas on subjects they have worked on individually with their clients. By regularly interacting with other professionals I get new insights and inspiration that enhance my skills and make me offer the best service ever to my clients.
