Caring for and looking after the eyes, which are known as the "mirror of the soul" and are an extremely important organ for most people, is an extremely important and meaningful task for me. Born in Basel and raised in Riehen, my years of training in internal medicine, geriatrics, and pediatrics form an important foundation for my medical work. I was able to pursue my further training in ophthalmology at the renowned eye clinic of the Cantonal Hospital in Lucerne, before returning to my home town of Basel to complete my training at the Eye Hospital in Basel and the Eye Center at Basel Railway Station, where I obtained my specialist title in ophthalmology.

Since then, I have been working at the Eye Center at Basel Train Station and the Eye Centers in Riehen and Möhlin as part of a highly skilled and professional team, dedicating myself to the care and treatment of all types of eye problems.
